Fusion Workforce Directory: No Direct Reports displayed in SUI My Team

In the FUSE MyTeam card, direct reports are not being displayed for a custom line manager.

FUSE My Team Access Duty should provide the necessary filtering for the manager to see direct reports.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customized manager role which includes the FUSE My Team Access Duty
2. Assign the role to a user with direct reports, and run the 'Retrieve latest LDAP Changes'
3. Log in to FUSE is the user and navigate to My Team
4. Confirm the direct reports do not appear.
