Close Enrollment Process closing enrollments prior to enrollment period end
The close enrollent process is run and life events that are started and still within their enrollment period are being closed prior to the enrollment period.
For example, new hire life event is set for a 30 day enrollment period. Employee's life event date is 9/1 and enrollment period end is 9/30. However if we run the close enrollment process, that process will turn the life event into processed status before the enrollment period has arrived. This causes issues as the life events are being closed prematurely and benefits admin has to close events manually since this process cannot be scheduled.
