Lead import completed with Unsuccessful status with the following error.
The process fails to load data into import interface tables. Cause: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-FND:::FND_ATT_DATA_NO_CONNECTION: FND-2403The attachment information cannot be retrieved.The file repository is unavailable at this time.Contact your help desk.The attachment information could not be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lead import job using the Lead object to import leads for existing accounts
2. For the mapping, set the PartyOrigSystem value in the "Set Constant Values" section using OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystem
3. Activate the import job
