Fusion Profile Management: When a Worker Deletes a Competency, it Does not go for Approval to Line Manager

Person Profile content delete doesn't go for manager approval
'Approval Required' has been set to yes (check box checked) in the Competencies content section of the person profile type. Hence when the worker adds a competency to his profile, approval is required from the Line Manager. However, when the worker deletes a competency from the person profile, the changes get saved automatically without going for manager's approval.
The expectation is that when the worker deletes a competency from his profile, then the transaction must be routed to manager's approval before the changes are saved.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in as worker and Navigate to My Portrait > Experience and Qualifications card.
2. Delete a competency and submit the transaction.
3. Changes get saved without any approval.
