Fusion Global HR: Unable To Schedule Row/Column Flattening In Incremental Mode

The flattening process needs to be run after the department tree is updated by an automated inbound interface on daily basis. The schedule Row & Column flattening processes does a full refresh which takes 8+hours.
The security solution built to use the flatted structure will not work for this duration (8 Hours) per day.
T projected solution is to run the flattening process in incremental mode instead of full refresh mode (by submitting the Scheduled process). Currently the incremental mode can only be run manually from the UI (Online Flattening).
That is, it cannot be scheduled and user will have to go in and run this daily after the inbound interface has run. This is unacceptable since all inbound interface & batch schedule process is automated.
Requires urgent Enhancement so that the UI run can be replaced by a scheduled ESS run.
