Emergency Contact Details are not displayed when editing a new Hire from an Approval Notification. This can be reproduced at will by doing the following:
Log in as - HR Specialist
Hire an Employee and enter details as required, this includes Emergency Contact Information.
We have entered:
Contact Type - Brother
Last Name - Windsor
First Name John JLF
Emergency Phone Numbers
Primary Type - Work Phone
Country Code - United States
Area Code - 999
Complete the transaction and submit. An Approval notification is sent and the approver opens this and then attempts to edit the Employee Details and navigate to the Emergency Contact Details section.
This shows NO information.
We select - Brother - from the Contact Type LOV - The Emergency Contact Details are now shown.
