FUSION: RCV: Error On Receipt Correction Screen

User received the PO, then they did correction to the receipt. User tried multiple times to correct the receipt, but got error message.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a PO.
2. Receive the PO
3. Correct the receipt.
4. Confirm the above error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correct a live receipt in production.
