Global transfer after the end of a global temporary assignment results in error

Actual Result:
Transaction error when attempting a global transfer after a global temporary assignment has ended.

Expected Result:
Employee should transfer at the effective date set. No error should occur

Transaction Failed ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 . Employee Hired on 01-01-2013
2. Global temporary assignment at 01-09-2013
3. Assignment status correction to IA LT Host Payroll eligible
4. End Global Temporary Assignment at 01-01-2014
5. Assignment History of Employee
7. Global Transfer effective from 02-01-2014
AFTER Global Transfer , Global transfer not happening . This seems ERROR
Transaction Failed ERROR
