Fusion Absence Management: Absence Accrual Entries Not Visible in the Applications after Uploading via FBL (Doc ID 1936576.1)

Accrual balance adjustments have been loaded for one test employee via File Based Loader (FBL), and the processes all completed successfully, but the adjustment is not shown in the Absence plan.

Users expect that adjustment should show in the absence plan.

Due to this issue, users may be able to request more leave than they're entitled resulting in administrative problems.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Prepare data in source system, and map to Fusion.
2. Run Import Batch data - completes successfully.
3. Run Load batch data - completes successfully.
4. Person Management > Absence Records > Accrual plan not updated.
