When attempting to ,
the following error occurs.

HZ_IMP_RESOURCES 300000002262969
ERRORMSG A matching record of type ResourceProfile cannot be found using  the value of the attribute for Employee Party Id that you provided.
(MKT-285218) Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value.
Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it  does not exist, then r

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Apps Composer > Application = Common > Create a custom child object of standard object resource
2. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Create a batch import for object "Employee Resource" with child object entity information and Resource object identifier
3. if resource object identifier is :  ResourceProfile-Party_id get above error
    if resource object identifier is :  ResourceProfile-Resource_profile_id get above error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot  map parent object resource identifier when importing child object entity
