Smartview Drilldown Produces Error HTTP 405 After First Login (Doc ID 1937486.1)

Goal

The user logins to Smartview successfully and then tries to do a drill down from a detail account.
The first time the drill down is attempted the error HTTP 405 is received.
Clicking a second time on the drilldown to detail balance will open the application and it all works.

Why does the error HTTP 405 appears the first time the drill down is attempted and how to resolve?
