Symptoms
On : NA version, Smartview connection
When attempting to refresh a Smartview query an error pops up stating it does not recognize the difference between the company (column B) and intercompany (column F) columns.
From there it will show the same error for other dimensions.
ERROR

Essbase error (1020098): Duplicate name [001-xxxxx] found in Grid, unable to resolve.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open excel spreadsheet
2. Totally disconnect from server, establish connection with server(Smartview > Panel > Connections, Disconnect All, Connect, Oracle Essbase > COAInstance > db > Ad hoc analysis)
3. Pop up error appears and cannot move further
