Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employees can only add one contact types in FUSE within the same transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to add multiple contact details in one transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into FUSE as a non-HR employee
2. Select the Personal Information tab.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click the Add button, and add a home phone, setting it as the primary phone number.
5. Click Save and Close
6. Click Edit.
7. Confirm the add button is no longer visible.
