Fusion Compensation: WFC: Approvals: Disabled Actionable Notifications in Compensation 'WkstApprovalTask' But Still See 'Approve' / 'Reject' Options in Compensation Worksheet Notifications (Doc ID 1939822.1)

Symptoms

Compensation 'WkstApprovalTask' disabled actionable notifications but still see 'Approve' / 'Reject'

Do not want managers to Approve or Reject Compensation worksheets through Notifications (both system and email), hence we disabled 'Make Notifications Actionable' option for 'WkstApprovalTask'.

After this we do not see 'Approve' / 'Reject' on email notifications but they still show on system/work-list notifications.

Steps
1. Go to BPM Worklist and disabled 'Make Notifications Actionable' option for 'WkstApprovalTask'
2. See that the Notification generated in Worklist has approve/reject buttons
