Symptoms

Get error when creating elements in one pod.
Another pod has no issue.
Error is received when click Submit on the Review page on the element creation.

ERROR
-----------------------
A connection to the server has failed (status=504)
Also get the following when you click on the error dialogue box.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 293, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: PayrollServer_102, Application Name: HcmPayrollApp.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Elements
2. Create a new element
3. click Submit

The issue does not occur when using Firefox.
