Zip File Corrupted On SOA BPEL Call To Financial Utilities Service Webservice.

Developers have followed fin_FinancialUtilAM.pdf to call the the Financial Utilities Service webservice. Users have a SOA integration between multiple systems (one source, multiple targets) using a publish/subscribe mechanism. Therefore , users Invoke the FinancialUtil Service using BPEL. A zip file is generated via a separate interface and encoded using Base 64 Encoding Character set (Used:- ISO-8859-1). The webservice is invoked from a SOA BPEL composite as a byte stream to upload this file to UCM. The zip file is corrupted and not useable after upload.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Create the ZIP file for a CSV file and invoke the http:///finFunShared/FinancialUtilService?WSDL webservice from SOA BPEL sending across a stream of base64 encoded characters Base 64 Encoding Character set Used:- ISO-8859-1
