Fusion Oracle BI Publisher: Error: Failed To Load Servlet/res When Creating A Data Model (Doc ID 1940857.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a data model,the following error occurs.

ERROR

Failed to load servlet/res


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Fusion applications and Navigate to Tools > Report and Analytics.
2. Select My Folders (or any other folder ).
3. Create a new Report.
4. You will navigate to the next screen or a wizard screen is started that you can cancel.
5. Press the icon create data model
And we get the following error : Failed to load servlet/res

In Google Chrome browser, it can be seen the following :
From Menu > New > data model
Then the error is displayed : ( 5 times ), followed by the error: Failed to load undefined.
After all the Errors have received an OK, the application remains in a process state.

Due to this issue, users cannot create new data models and reports.
