Entering Manual Receipts Unable To Select Receipt Method (Doc ID 1941305.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Process Manual Receipts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to select receipt method while entering manual receipts.

Not able to select the receipt method when creating a receipt and since this is a required field , unable to complete enter receipts .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to select the receipt method while creating a receipt .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Via Navigator, go to Receivables Balances
b. Click on Create Receipt
c. Click on drop down for Receipt Method
d. Query for Receipt method; no results are returned
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create receipts for the receipts method is not available in the list of values.
