How can the Fixed Asset's User Submit the Create Mass Additions Program without having access to other Payables tasks (Doc ID 1941743.1)

Goal

Users with only Fixed Asset Job FA_ASSET_ACCOUNTANT_JOB assigned are unable to run the Create Mass Additions process as no Asset Book is found.

Create Mass Additions is a Payables process and users need to be assigned Payables Job Roles (ie AP_ACCOUNTS_PAYABLE_MANAGER_JOB, AP_ACCOUNTS_PAYABLE_SPECIALIST_JOB) which are secured by Business Unit (BU) to able to run it.

However they will also have all the other Payables functions assigned which in some cases in not required or desirable.     

Is there a way to allow the Assets users access to run the Create Mass Additions process without having the other Payables functions assigned?

Note - Create Mass Additions transfers invoices to Assets and updates the invoices table either as transferred to Assets or not eligible to transfer to Assets. As invoices are created in specific BU's, any further processing of invoices require data access to that BU, and only invoices in that BU to which user has access will be transferred to Assets.     Therefore in most cases Payables users run this process.
