Incorrect Credit Rule Winner, Ranks Not Being Applied (Doc ID 1941966.1)

Symptoms

A transaction matches two credit rules with differing ranks. However, the correct credit rule is not being picked as the winner.

Transaction "FA 1-ZY78L5_1-LP6LM6" matches credit rules "1-6VAM4T" and "1-6VAM4O".
Rule 1-6VAM4T has rank 100 and rule 1-6VAM4O has rank 500, so rule 1-6VAM4T should have been chosen, but rule 1-6VAM4O was selected instead.


STEPS
1. Navigator > Participants Assignments
2. Run Deploy Credit Rules
3. Enter a start date and end date that will update more than 10,000 credit rules
4. Check that all the credit rules got absolute_rank and relative_rank fields updated correctly, ie,
    specifically checking for a transaction that matches 2 credit rules with differing ranks
