Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Product/Service Data-Manage Specifications

When attempting to make changes to item revisions with change control active.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Multiple Attribute CategoryCode in ItemRevision error conditions.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Test cases:
1. Change ‘old’ revision and put changes on a change order
  A. No effective date on the change order => Failure (error)
  B. Effective date of today on the change order => Failure (error)
  C. Effective date in the past on the change order => Failure (error)
2. Change ‘current’ revision and put change on a change order
  A. No effective date on the change order => Success
3. Change ‘future’ revision and put change on a change order
  A. No effective date on the change order => Failure (error)
  B. Effective date of today on the change order => Failure (error)
  C. Effective date in the future on the change order => Failure (no error, but this is not what we want, because we want to implement the change upon approval)
