Symptoms

Classification process is assigning the wrong classification rule (eg. New Bookings - NAM SMB Channel Black).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Classification Rules
2. Deploy Classification Rules
3. Create Transaction
4. Run Classify Credits


Changes

 
1. Navigator > Compensation Plan > Manage Classification Rules

   Example of a Classification Rule Hierarchy:
   New Bookings (Product Summary = Business-New or Blue-New)
         New Bookings - NAM (Geo = NAM)
                New Bookings - NAM SMB  (Segment = SMB)
                         New NAM SMB Channel (Channel Flag = Yes)
                                   New NAM SMB Channel Black (Product Summary = Business-New, credit category = New Bookings - NAM SMB Channel Black)
                                   New NAM SMB Channel Blue (Product Summary = Blue-New , credit category = New Bookings - NAM SMB Channel Blue)

2. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Credits "INV-3248"
   ... shows credit category = New Bookings - NAM SMB Channel Black
   ... has the following attributes:
          Geo = NAM
          Segment = SMB
          Channel Flag = Yes
          Product Summary = Blue-New

User expecting classification should be for credit category "New Bookings - NAM SMB Channel Blue" since it has product summary = Blue-New
