ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calculate accrual process is in blocked status
The 'Calculate accruals and balances' ESS batch process shows as blocked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process should complete successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator/ Absence administration/ Schedule and Monitor Absence Processes
2. Submit jobs: Calculate Accruals and Balances -> Run with the parameters below:
Absence Plan: Annual Leave Plan
Repeating Period: 2014-10-01 To 2014-10-31
3. Go to Navigator/ Scheduled Processes and see the process status showing as 'Blocked'
