Requirement is for the equivalent of the SQL Plus NVL function in Item Rules (Also called ISNULL / IFNULL replace).
At this moment you can only test on 'isnull', but requirement is to replace the value of an attribute when it is null.
Null values in general cause the validation to be ignored, unless you explicitly want to test for a null value with the “isnull” function.
For example: a logical_attribute can be TRUE, FALSE or null.
In SQL: where nvl(logical_attribute, “FALSE”) = “TRUE”
