Fusion Benefits Management: Both Termination And New Hire Life Events Getting Triggered After Legal Entity Transfer

Both Termination and New Hire Life Events getting Triggered after Legal entity transfer
The Termination life event and New Hire life event are being triggered for the Record with New Assignment (with Active Payroll) and we are unable to view the Benefit Service Center for the previous record.
Only one event should be triggered for the Record with New Assignment (with Active Payroll) and user should be able to view the Benefit Service Center for the previous record, as mentioned below:
> The Hew hire life event should be triggered only to the current active legal employer benefit relationship .
> Termination Life event should get triggered to the terminated benefit relationships, and not to the active benefit relationship.
> We should be able to see the Benefits Service Center for the Inactive records as well.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Chose an employee and perform a Legal Entity Transfer with effective date 10/21/14
2. Submit transaction
3. Go in BSC > Potential Life Events
4. See that 2 Life events got triggered : Hire an employee detected 10/21/14 and Termination detected 10/20/14
