After removing a child view from the Person/Contact Form the view still appears in Outlook (Doc ID 1944547.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After removing the Opportunity child view from the Contact/Person Form in App Composer it still shows in Outlook

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once removed in App Composer the Opportunity Child View should no longer appear in Outlook

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open App Composer
2) Select Application>Common>Standard Objects>Contact>Pages>Outlook Pages
3) Select Edit Person Form
4) Under Child Regions>Person Child Views click the pencil icon to edit
5) Under Column 1 move Opportunity from Selected to Available
6) Click "Save & Close" then Done
7) Now extact/import/activate a new package version with this customization
8) Sync with Sales Cloud for Outlook to download the new package
9) All sync to complete.
10) Edit existing contact and notice the Contact Form still shows the Contact Opportunities Region

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot hide the Contact Opportunities region on the Contact/Person Form. This problems happens for all Child Forms.
