On : version, Sales, Sales Catalog, Territories and Quotas

When attempting to do Release 8 Post Upgrade Task :

Part of this is to execute the steps in the Oracle published document titled, “CUSTOMIZATION METADATA: APPLYING R8 FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS TO R7 CUSTOMIZATIONS”.
As I’m going through each of the tasks some of them are completing successfully and some are failing with the following error:

the following error occurs.

Customer get an error at Step 7 :
Upgrade 7 cannot be completed. Your help desk was notified (ZCX-3075091)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
