Fusion Performance Management: Profile Management Issue With Competency Description Length

When a competency with a fairly long description - we are using both the Description and the Behavioral Indicator fields (both are 2000 characters) in order for the full description to display.
What is happening is that initially only the Description displays; once you save and close and reopen or go to a different page and come back, then both the Description and Behavioral Indicator displays. This issue occurs for both Workers and Managers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new competency with a long description - put half description in Description and half in Behavioral Indicator fields (both are 2000 chars each)
2. Create a Performance Document
3. Add new competency to it
4. See Competency Details; initially only Description displays; once you save/close/reopen or toggle between pages and come back to "Competency" page, the Behavioral Indicators will display.
