Fusion Global HR: Secure the HR Specialist role for different HR Admin to view records to their corresponding BU

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version


Cannot secure person, organizations, positions based on organization tree starting from business unit

Need to secure the HR specialist role for different HR admin to view records to their corresponding BU.
At the moment, with the existing setup, HR admin for certain company can view records for other BU.


EXISTING SETUP:
-----------------------

1- I have built the organization tree with different departments reporting to the Company Business Unit.
2- I activated the tree, and made sure that it is row flattened. (i tried this based on another metalink note)
3- I created an organization security profile with the following
   a-Secure by Organization Hierarchy (Checked)
   b-Entered the organization tree name created in step 1
   c-Top Organization Selection: Specify Organization
   d-Top Organization:
   e-Include Top organization (checked)
4-I created a person security profile with the following:
   a-Access Own Record (Checked)
   b-Secure by Business Unit with the name of Organization security profile defined in step 3
5- I created the data role with following:
   a-Inherited Job Role: Human Resource Specialist
   b-Organization Security Profile: the name of Organization security profile defined in step 3
   c-Person Security Profile: the name of person security profile defined in step 4
6- Assign the data role to the user
7- Run LDAP process
8- Login as user
9- Go to person management
10- Search for employees in other person units and records still show.
