A Custom Object Defined under the Common Application Cannot be Added as a Note in the Customer Tree (Doc ID 1946827.1)

Goal

A custom object defined in Common application cannot be added in the Customer Tree, as the Customer Tree is based on Sales Account object and it is not possible to define a relationship between Sales Account and a custom object from Common application.
