Fusion Global HR: When Trying to View the Output from the HCM Extracts an Error Is Received: “You do not have permission to access this information” for Any HCM Flows which Were Launched by a Different User

Not allowed to view results of Payroll Activity Report.
When trying to view the output from the HCM Extracts, an error message message is received on view results: “You do not have permission to access this information”.
The issue appears to be that users can only View the output from Processes Flow which he launched, and are unable to view results for any HCM Flows which were launched by a different user.
“You do not have permission to access this information”.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. One colleague runs the report
2. Another colleague wants to view the report
3. Log into Fusion HCM
5. Navigate to: Payroll Checklists
5. Search and Select a file
6. Select GO to Task
7. Select View Results
8. Receive the message " You do not have pernissions to access this information"
