Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Spreadsheet Loader

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Primary flag not set for e-mail after spreadsheet load

Customer created about 60 workers using spreadsheet loader. He entered a work e-mail for all of them. Half of them have been created correctly, including the primary flag set to Y. For the other half, e-mail addresses have been created, but the primary flag was not set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the primary flag should have been set.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create workers by using spreadsheet loader
