Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Outlook Client

When attempting to download the Release 9 Sales Cloud for Outlook install via the Set Preferences>CRM for Microsoft Outlook Installer menu the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Sign into Sales Cloud Desktop UI
2) Navigate to Settings and Actions menu>Personalization>Set Preferences>CRM for Microsoft Outlook Installer
3) Click Start Download.
