Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Taxes are not calculated on Receivables Intercompany Invoices until the invoice is incompleted and then completed again. Only after being set to complete, after incomplete, are taxes calculated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxes should be properly calculated on the Receivables Intercompany Invoices without having to incomplete and then complete the invoice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate a Receivables Intercompany invoice.
2. Notice that tax has not been calculated on the invoice.
3. Incomplete the invoice.
4. Complete the invoice.
5. Notice that tax is now properly calculated on the invoice.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, invoices are not correctly generated without manual intervention.
