Fusion Application Hang After Submitting Send Pending LDAP Requests Process (Doc ID 1951639.1)

Symptoms

After submiting Send Pending LDAP Requests job, users can not access fusion application any more, as the application will hang. When trying to access consoles like OIM consoles OAM console etc.,  user will get following errors:

Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.
Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.

 

Steps to verify:

1.  Submit Send Pending LDAP Requests process in fusion application

2.  Try to access fusion application UI, OIM console or OAM console
you will see server hang, or get an error page

Changes

 customer change OID server hostname after OID installation
