Error When Accessing History Section In BPM Task (Doc ID 1952131.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the history section of a pending approval on the homepage worklist the following error occurs. Approval, rejection actions and email approval/rejection work fine, except for this error that prevents users from seeing the history of the task.
