Fusion Global Human Resources -- Person Type not available In Transfer Flow Screen (Doc ID 1953531.1)

Require the Person Type field to display and allow update in the Line Manager Transfer flow

(Manager Resources Dashboard > Actions > Personal and Employment > Transfer)

The reason the business requires this is because as a retail organization there are 2 lines of business: Retail and Head Office. We have configured (for a variety of reasons) the User Person Type to contain 'Retail Employee' or 'Head Office Employee' among others. It is quite common for employees to be promoted or transferred between Retail and Head Office and a change to the user person type would go with that.

With the current functionality a line manager will be able to perform the promote or transfer correctly except for the person type change. This will need to be performed as a separate action by an HR Specialist, adding overhead to the process.
