Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Process Customer Payments-Manage Funds Capture

When attempting to Create Settlement Batch, process ends in error

ERROR

Failed due to communication error


STEPS
-----------------------
Processing Bank Account Transfer transactions :
1. Create an Automatic Receipt Batch
2. Create a Remittance Batch for this Receipt
3. Run Create Settlement Batches to process the receipts in Funds Capture


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete settlement batch.
