Fusion Global HR: Worker Availability Only Showing Direct Reports (Doc ID 1954876.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Records

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Worker Availability only showing direct reports .

Unable to see the Availability details of both Direct and Indirect Employees in the hierarchy for a Line Manager in the Manager Resources Dashboard. Only Direct Employees are visible.

Other dashboard done have this issue and are allowing to chose to drill down in to lower levels except Availability

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ability to see the Availability details for both Direct and Indirect Employees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Rel 8 application as a Line Manager
2. Navigate to Manager Resources Dashboard
3. Access the Worker availability Dashboard.
