Fusion Performance Management: Not Able To Submit Annual Review Performance Document (Doc ID 1955136.1)

Symptoms


Manager completed "Confirm Review Meeting Held". Employee/worker clicks on "Begin" to complete "Confirm Review Meeting Held". They click on "Yes" when they see the following message "The application will record that you acknowledged the review meeting. Do you want to continue? (HRA-960187)", however the application does not complete; the application remains in "Begin" status.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager - and complete the "Confirm Review Meeting Held"; see that the task is marked completed.
2. Login as worker/employee - and go to My Evaluation page.
3. Click on Begin for Confirm Review Meeting Held
4. Click on "Yes" when they see the following message "The application will record that you acknowledged the review meeting. Do you want to continue? (HRA-960187)"
5, Instead of the task completing, the application shows "Begin.
