Prospects Not Getting Synched To Eloqua (Doc ID 1955580.1)

Goal


Contacts created without account then updated to Prospects are not getting sycnhed into Eloqua.

The customer doing integration between Eloqua and Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC). When doing contact synch of contact with account, the contact is getting synched into to Eloqua from OSC as expected. However, when doing prospect (created as contact without account first then updated to prospect), the prospect is not getting synched into Eloqua from OSC.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contacts created in OSC without being associated to accounts should get synched to Eloqua.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contact wihout account in OSC
2. Update and change the Contact to Prospect
3. Run contact autosync from Eloqua
