Fusion Global HR: Extract is Taking Long Time to Complete (Doc ID 1956215.1)

Symptoms

Custom extract in Changes Only mode fails with error and in despite of less number of record it is taking a long time to run.
Full extract took 2.5 hours to generate 1MB output file whereas it took more than 3.5 hours to run Changes Only extract and it is still running.

Day before yesterday the same extract with Changes Only mode took more than 16 hours and the job had to be Canceled.

Need to fetch data from Assignment, Salary and Element entry for an employee. If extract is run in Changes Only mode in Assignment, expect to see Assignment Data only while running extract in Changes Only = ATTRIB_OLD where as running changes in Salary or Element Entry , should be able to see data for both which is Salary and Element Entry.

Need to fetch Legal Entity Identifier Value for that particular employee.
