'Bank Account Number could not be found' Error When Importing A Bank Statement File

On : version, Manage Banking-Manage Bank Statements

The Load Bank Statement File process ends with an Import error.

Bank Account Number ############ could not be found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a BAI2 bank file to Fusion using the File Import functionality.
2. Run the Load Interface File for Import process with the option to Process BAI2 Format Bank Statements.
3. Navigate to Manage Bank Statements and see that there is an Import error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import BAI2 bank statement files successfully.
