Fusion Performance Management: Unable to Print Performance Document in Internet Explorer (IE) 9

Performance Management-"Ok" button refreshes itself when trying to print Performance Document. Takes too many clicks on "OK" button before the printable page is visible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to Fusion application
2. go to Talent Management, Performance
3. search for a Worker Name in left pane
4. click on document assigned to the worker
5. in the top left try to press Ok button to print the performance report
