Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Set Up Asset Lifecycle Management-Define Fixed Assets

When attempting to enter accounts in the categories,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit an asset category for a book and enter accounts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete setting up asset categories.
