Symptoms

When attempting to change an employee's business unit, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Attribute set for BusinessUnitId in entity PWTermsDEO failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an HR Specialist.
2. Search for, and select, an employee.
3. Select Manage Employment from the task list.
4. Click 'Edit -> Correct' from the Action menu.
5. Change the Business Unit.
6. Click the Review button.
7. Confirm the error.
