When Manager Updates Overall Rating, It Is Not Being Updated On The Performance Summary Table (Doc ID 1961225.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance

When Manager updates Overall Rating, it is not being updated on the Performance Summary table.

After a manager submits their Manager Review then goes back to change/update the Overall Rating, the new rating is not being updated on the My Organization tab > My Organization Performance Summary subtab.

The expected functionality is that when a rating has been changed, the new rating should override the old rating to reflect the most accurate data entered into the system.


Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to performance management.
2. Go to Performance Manager Overview and submit Overall Rating.
3. Navigate to the My Organization tab > My Organization Performance Summary subtab and notice the new rating is not being updated.
