Fusion HRMS (US): Earnings Elements Configured to Process Separately but FLSA (Overtime) Doesn't Compute Correctly (Doc ID 1961665.1)

Symptoms

When a supplemental earning is setup to be included in FLSA, it is not included when the supplemental pay is set to process separately but is when it is set to not process separately.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a nonrecurring, supplemental earnings element and set to process separately
2. Set “Prorate this earning across all periods during which it is was earned and consider it for FLSA calculations, such as for commissions, bonuses, incentives, and other non-discretionary earnings?” to Yes
3. Assign the element to an employee via element entries and leave the Process Separately option set to Yes
4. Process in a payroll in which Overtime has been worked and FLSA needs to calculate
Note the supplemental earning amount is not included in the FLSA calculation
5. Roll back the process
6. Access the supplemental earning element and change the Process Separately flag to No
7. Rerun the payroll process. Note the amount is now included in the FLSA calculation
