In FUSE, line managers are able to edit their direct report's home email address via self-service.

Classic UI only provides view-only access unless removed through workaround provided in Doc ID 1902593.1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FUSE as a line manager (not HR specialist)
2. Navigate to a direct report's Personal Information
3. Edit the user's home email.
4. Click Save.
5. Confirm the changes.
