Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding Lead Creation Date to "All Leads" List View (Outlook Pages) the Creation Date appears as "None" for all Leads created in Outlook.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Creation Date should display the date the Lead was created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a new Sandbox
2) Select Application Marketing
3) Select Standard Objects > Sales Lead > Pages
4) Select Outlook Pages
5) Under List Views, select Edit List Views
6) Edit All Leads
7) Move Creation Date from Available Fields to Selected Fields
8) Save and Close
9) Hit Done
10) Extract/Import/Activate the package to test customization
11) Sync All Changes in Outlook to pick up new package
12) All sync to complete
13) In Outlook Click "Leads" to open List view
14) The Creation Date is displayed for all existing Leads
15) Create a new Lead in Outlook and Sync
16) Notice "Creation Date" is None in List View
17) Run "Sync all changes" and "Creation Date" is None in List View
18) Update the Lead in the Sales Cloud Web UI and sync. Now "Creation Date" is set correctly.
